Directions:
1. Add the chicken to a ziplock bag.
2. In a bowl, stir the kefir milk with the oil, garlic, freshly squeezed lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until entirely combined and pour into the ziplock bag. Transfer to the refrigerator to marinate for 2-5 hours.
3. Preheat the grill to moderate-high heat.
4. Take your chicken out of the marinade. Then, arrange directly onto the grill.
5. Sear the chicken on one side for 8-10 minutes. Flip the chicken over, then cook on the other side until the chicken registers 165 degrees F on an internal meat thermometer.
6. Take the chicken off the grill. Then, allow to rest on a platter for 5 minutes.
7. Slice the chicken on the bias and enjoy.
