WHAT YOU NEED
Dumbbells
1≫ Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and bend over to 45 degrees from the waist. Hold a dumbbell in each hand, palms facing each other, and let your arms hang straight down. Distribute your weight between your heels and hips.
2≫ In a quick, controlled manner, engage your upper-back muscles to pull the dumbbell in your left hand back from your elbow until your upper arm is parallel to the ground. Keep your shoulders square to your feet and your left elbow tight to your body.
