Figure 14 shown below, illustrates four major connecting aspects of inner and external reality with psychological time. Memory, desire, inner chattering, and calendar time are all linked with psychological time. The mixture of meditation with sexual stimulation enhances cognizance and overall awareness of psychological time.

DESIRE Psychological time is a creation of the human mind where the mind is generally jumping between the past and the future, without fully being in the present. Desire is a powerful force that motivates each person to perform actions in the world. Desire uses immense energy to fulfill itself and uses the intellect for finding ways to satisfy itself. The storehouse of energy within sexual desire can be transmuted into expansions of imagination, increased creativity, improvement of self-confidence, and enjoyment of finer pleasures. One who has strong sexual desire is seeking gratification and pleasure. Sex is one of the most powerful driving forces within the mind given that engaging in sexual stimulation causes powerful pleasure. The experience of sexual pleasure is truly compelling. It is possible to harness and mindfully redirect sexual energy into many other creative forces. One may use this energy in multiple ways that can uplift one from limited psychological functioning to extraordinary heights in life. When sex energy is conserved, one naturally begins to remain more in the present moment and not become afflicted by the torment of psychological time. There is the possibility of prodigious inner and outward wealth accumulating due to sex energy conservation and transmutation. Energy always requires an outlet and in most people, the outlet, with regards to sex, is via peak orgasms (especially in men). Yet, the outlet of sexual energy does not always have to be in a peak ejaculatory orgasm (in men) or a deep orgasm in women after having multiple orgasms. It can be given many other expressions that can open dimensions of pleasure and joy in multiple areas of one’s life. Most people generally think of sex merely in a physical sense, but there are many other possibilities regarding the use of sex energy. The direction of sex energy flow affects one’s: inner-chattering; level of involvement in psychological time; level of entrapment in one’s own memories; and perception of calendar time.

There is nothing more precious in life than time. Once it is gone, it never comes back. Sex energy activation throws one into the present moment. Mixing meditation with sex stimulation keeps one in the present moment. Sex energy transmutation is living an ecstatic life in total balance.

Mastery of orgasmic energy reduces the frequency of inner chattering, resulting in energy conservation. This conservation strengthens the mind due to energy crystallization where the mind is merely used as a tool and not constantly switched on.
