2) Chemical-proof your life
It’s impossible to avoid every single endocrine disruptor you could be exposed to in life, but you can reduce your exposure with the following tips:
Reduce your intake of processed foods and choose unpackaged products where possible. This will reduce your exposure to any of the chemicals contained within plastics and cans.
Choose lean meats and remove obvious fat, which reduces exposure to any chemicals stored in animal fats. Choose your oily fish carefully, picking smaller fish such as sardines and anchovies.
