#4: Screw the wooden walls into place

Take your wooden planks or boards and make sure that they are cut to appropriate lengths so that they meet and fit comfortably with each other on the corners. Start installing them one by one, beginning with the longer sides.

Use long, galvanized screws (to prevent rusting) to attach your wooden board to each of the stakes along its length. It is up to you whether you want to use two screws per stake or just one, but the sturdier your raised bed, the better.

In this manner, install all the wooden boards, once again making sure that they fit snugly together and that there is no empty space between them (which would result in the soil and water leaking out).
