Step 2: Determine what’s true about each of those items, and put them in writing.

Maybe they think I’m annoying, but no one else has given me reason to believe that. I need to focus on them, and not assume things about others.

They can’t make my life miserable; I’m allowing it. I know who I am and where my value is, no matter what they say. I can set boundaries that protect me from their words and actions.
