5) Make a loop with the un-melted end of the paracord and slide it through the loops around the belt buckle. Make sure you loop it so that the continuing end of the paracord is on the top. Leave a few inches of the through loop at the end as pictured.

6) Using the wooden skewer, you now need to make finger loops between each of the wrapped belt loops.

7) Do this until you have four loops total.

8) Collect each loop with your index finger. Bring the un-melted paracord end through the finger loops the same way you did the first time in step 5. Again, make sure the running end of the paracord sit on top, not underneath.
