Exercise 3: The Power Squeeze

You will begin this exercise after you are done doing your 20 squeezes three times a day for three weeks. No shortcuts…

You will continue doing your 20 squeezes thrice a day but this time you’ll add 10 power squeezes per day. A power squeeze is a really slow squeeze taking about 15 seconds. Slowly squeeze your PC taking five seconds to reach maximum tightness. Hold at that tension for another five seconds and then finally release the tension gradually over the next five seconds. Eventually it might be difficult and you might not want to begin with ten power squeezes. Two or three will do, but see to it that with time you are able to do ten repetitions of the power squeeze. It may take a few days to a few weeks to get there but make sure you enjoy this and don’t push yourself too hard. You are not training to become a porn star. Are you?
