8a. Fold the top corner down on the front and on the back.

8b. Fold up again, as in step 5, on the front and on the back.

9. Fold the strip of paper into overlapping thirds.

10a. Lay the end of the strip under one corner of the basket and fold up. This locks the handle securely.

10b. Repeat on the back.

11. Lift the pleat up on the front and on the back.

12. Fold the sides to the middle, first on the front and then on the back.

13a. Fold the top edge down and lock the basket by tucking the corners into the small diagonal pockets underneath.

13b. Repeat on the back.

13c. Fold the bottom corner up, first to the front and then to the back, unfolding each time. The corner ends up in its original position.
