Root = Db; 5th = Ab; 9th = Eb

To get a sus9 chord, lower the major 3rd of the major chord by two frets (one tone) to make it the 9th. There is no 3rd on a sus9 chord; it is neither minor nor a major.

Db/C# 7sus49

Root = Db; 4th = Gb ;5th = Ab; min 7th = Cb (B); 9th = Eb

To produce a 7sus49 chord, the major 3rd of the 79 chord should be raised by one fret (a semitone) to make it the 4th. There is no 3rd in a 7sus48 chord; it is neither a minor nor major.

Db/C# min7 (m7, -7)

Root = Db; min 3rd = Fb (E); 5th = Ab; min 7th = Cb (B)

Before getting a min7 chord, the major 3rd of the 7th chord must be made minor by lowering it by one fret (a semitone) to make it minor.
