Gemma

I STAND AS he pulls me to him, and his scent, the warmth of his skin envelops me like a soft blanket. He cups my cheeks and places the softest kiss on my mouth. I melt into him and kiss him back, my emotions on a damn roller coaster ride on repeat. The boat rocks gently, and his cock thickens against my stomach.

I like that this man knows who he is. He doesn’t hide the fact that he opens hedonistic hotels that cater to those with special desires. I spent my whole life disguising and suppressing my needs. Here, I don’t have to. But this is a fantasy and when I go back to the real world, it’s a return to the way things were. I almost told Josh the erotic art was mine. “I’m with you. I was just... Well, there are boats out here. I know what goes on here, and I was wondering if anyone might be watching us.” He frowns and his eyes narrow as he glances around the vast ocean, like he’s fighting an internal war. What the heck did I say to upset him?

“Here’s the thing, Gems,” he says softly, his mouth twisted. “I get that you want to be someone else this week, but I worry you’ll have regrets later—”

“I won’t,” I say quickly, and his head jerks back to me, his eyes locked on mine.

“Okay,” he answers, even though he doesn’t look like he believes me. He takes a deep breath and expels it like air slowly being released from a balloon. “In some of the playrooms, there are more than one couple.
