Nigella-Sesame Nan-e Barbari
After brushing the dough with olive oil and making the indentations, sprinkle all over with ¼ cup nigella seeds and ¼ cup sesame seeds. Season with sea salt.
Zaâatar Nan-e Barbari
Mix ¼ cup zaâatar (homemade [this page] or store-bought) with the original recipeâs â cup olive oil and slather it over the dough instead of brushing, making sure some seeps into the little trenches as you make the indentations. Season with sea salt.
