Turn hat inside out and fold ribbed band in half to inside. Holding Rnd 41 even with Rnd 27, sc in each st around, working through both thicknesses as you go, join with sl st to first st at beg of rnd. Fasten off.

Wet or steam block to finished measurements. Weave in loose ends with a tapestry needle.
