The disregard for placement and orientation, along with the seemingly random inclusion of geometric/entoptic patterns, are characteristic of shamanic art. Note also the human-bison conflation, right-center. This upright figure seems to be pursuing a female bison, to his left. The bowshaped line extending from his nose has generated substantial debate.
