Add the flour, olive oil, and salt. Mix well and knead for 10 minutes until you obtain a soft and elastic dough. Cover with a damp cloth and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

In a food processor, combine the ground beef, onion, tomatoes, red pepper, garlic, paprika, cumin, pepper, and salt. Process until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. If you don't have a food processor, you can finely chop the ingredients and mix by hand.

Add the chopped parsley and lemon juice to the meat mixture, and mix well to integrate all the ingredients.

Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F).

Divide the dough into 8 equal portions. Roll out each portion into thin circles on a floured surface, approximately 20cm in diameter. Spread a thin layer of the meat mixture over each dough circle, making sure to cover it evenly to the edges.

Place the Lahmajun on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the dough is golden and crispy and the meat is cooked through.

Serve the Lahmajun hot, garnished with lemon wedges and fresh parsley leaves. You can accompany them with natural yogurt for a refreshing touch.

Tips:

✓ Adjust the amount of spices according to your personal preference. You can add a little chili powder for a spicy touch.
