YOU WILL NEED

Large scrap of white fabric, at least 4¼” x 15” (11cm x 38cm)

Smaller scraps of beige, light brown, purple and blue fabrics

Coordinating thread for teabag string

BLOCK CONSTRUCTION

Make one copy each of patterns A, B, C, D, E and F.

Complete sections A to F.

Join C to B. Press seam towards C.

Join E to BC. Press seam towards E.

Join F to BCE. Press seam towards F.

Join D to BCEF. Press seam towards D.

Join A to BCEFD. Press seam towards A.

Referring to the dashed line on the reference diagram, use a heat-erasable pen to draw the string joining teabag to tag. Using coordinating thread and regular stitch, machine stitch over the marked line; press to remove the ink.
