STEP 3: PAINT THE FABRIC.

Pour the fabric paint into the tray and dip the stencil brush in the paint, then stipple the paint over the design, being sure to hold your brush perpendicular to the fabric. After just a few minutes, carefully pull off the freezer paper, holding the fabric in place as you pull. Allow the paint to dry for a few hours before sewing.

SEWING INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1: CUT FABRIC.

If you skipped the stenciling, cut two pieces of the outer fabric, 14" × 10"/35.5 cm × 25 cm each. Cut two pieces of lining fabric, 14" × 10"/35.5 cm × 25 cm each. Cut the twill tape into two 4"/10-cm pieces.
