Instructions

Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place the pizza crust on the prepared baking sheet. Stir together the ricotta and pesto in a small bowl until smooth. Spread the ricotta mixture evenly over the crust.

Using a vegetable peeler, peel the zucchini into wide ribbons. Heat a medium skillet over medium heat. When it’s hot, add the oil and zucchini. Sprinkle with salt and cook until the zucchini is slightly wilted, 1 to 2 minutes. Transfer the ribbons to the pizza, arranging them evenly over the ricotta. Gently place the prosciutto evenly around the ribbons.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the prosciutto just begins to brown. Cool slightly, and top with the basil. Slice, and serve hot.
