Yummy Sausage Bake

Care for a delicious dinner, is not too challenging to prepare? This is the recipe you are looking for. It’s a quick and easy sausage bake that you can make in less than an hour, with just a few ingredients that may be readily available in the pantry.

Prep Time: 55 mins

Ingredients:

• 12 pcs chipolatas

• 1-23oz jar white beans, undrained

• 2 pcs rosemary focaccia bread, torn into chunks

• 1 ½ lbs. ripe cherry tomatoes, halved

• 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped

• 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

• 1 tbsp red wine vinegar

• 1 tbsp water

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Toss everything together in a baking tray until well blended and then, place in the oven to bake for about 45 minutes until the top is golden brown and the chipolatas are cooked through.

3. Serve immediately.
