Forgiveness is not a one-time experience. Is there something for which you need the forgiveness of another and/or God? Deal with that now by facing it honestly, confessing to God, genuinely repenting, and receiving God’s forgiveness.

During the Day

If you need the forgiveness of another, share your confession and desire for forgiveness with that person today. If you cannot do that personally, call or write them. It is important that you act on this in the present awareness of your need to be forgiven.

As you move through the day, stay alert to the persons with whom you share. There will likely come an occasion for you to remind someone that God loves them. Do that with joy and in the confidence that God loves you.
