First I will add an animated heart effect to one of my pictures of Buddy. Once you place the animation on the picture you can then do things such as resize and rotate the effect. You can also determine how long the effect will stay on the clip and also adjust the volume level of the effect if it has a sound associated with it. You can also drag it around the clip to reposition it as needed.

For my next effect, I will add two news channel type effects to one of my Coco videos to make it look like it's breaking news. The one that says Live is a still image while the one that says Breaking News is animated and contains sound. You can add multiple effects to a video or photo but just be sure not to get too carried away.
