Most days I scroll through my social media feed simply out of curiosity. What are you up to? What did you eat for lunch? How’s your dog today? Can I please see your baby laugh again?

But honestly, do we really need to know so much about each other? The world was spinning just fine before social media appeared on the scene and began inviting us into every single moment of each other’s lives.

Do you follow people on social media who you really aren’t that close to? Would your life be any less-than by not keeping up with them? Maybe it’s time to un-follow them. Not to be rude. Not to be mean. But simply to simplify your need to know.
