(c)For those months, in which the flow determined for 50% of Q95% is higher than the flow rate determined for 20% AAF, then the MEF in those months will be 20% AAF.

2.Rivers where WR were granted considering MEF as 50% of Q95%.

The MEFs will be based on 50% of Q95%, with the following restrictions:(a)For those months, in which the flow determined for 50% of Q95% is less than the flow rate determined for 20% AAF, then the MEF in those months will be 50% of Q95%.

(b)For those months, in which the flow determined for 50% of Q95% is higher than the flow rate determined for 20% AAF, then the MEF in those months will be 20% AAF.
