I was angry and I was taking it out on Charlotte, slamming my dick into her with a ferociousness that I’d never used before. Anger for what she had done to us consumed me as I pounded into her. Her screams of pleasure filled the air, and her words urging me on served to incense me further.

What right did she have to want me after walking out on me? It was a stupid question to ask because I should have been directing that question to myself. The obvious answer didn’t do anything for my anger either.

Her lover had left her and Charlotte was a highly passionate woman. The simple answer of why she was having sex with me was lust, plain and simple. It hurt but I wasn’t any better. I wanted her so badly.

It felt incredible to have her inner muscles squeezed around my dick, milking it. My anger dissipated as I lost myself in the sensation of being joined to Charlotte. Sweat dripped down my body as I kept an iron grip on my control, determined to make it last as long as I could.

“Oh God, Alex,” Charlotte groaned.

We were both stunned when it was over. I gently withdrew and we both collapsed on the bed. Charlotte lay with her face buried in the bed and I stared up at the ceiling trying to come to terms with what just happened.

Where did this leave us?

Regret came over me quickly. I shouldn’t have had sex with Charlotte. Things were complicated enough between us without throwing sex into the mix, however hot it was.

She was a cheat. She had pretended to be in love with another man, and had most likely been sleeping with both of us at the same time.

Charlotte was the first to move. She sat up and reached for her blouse which she held up to shield her breasts. “I need to go and get Kayden.”

“I’ll be dressed and gone by the time you get back,” I said in a stiff tone that matched hers.

I kept my gaze averted to give her some privacy as she stood up and went to the bathroom. The sound of running water reminded me of the showers we took together that ended up as another sexual session.

A longing for what we had washed over me, leaving me sad and angry. I got up and reached for my boxer briefs. Charlotte left the bathroom and walked out of the room without saying a word to me.

It stung. It wasn’t like I didn’t have regrets over what had happened, but it was done and there was no going back.
