Where to Post Your Job

There are several different places you can post your virtual assistant job. I’ll show you where to go to get the best results, in order of increasing difficulty.

Virtual Assistant Companies

The easiest way to get started is by sharing your requirements with 2 or 3 virtual assistant companies. I’m hesitant to recommend any specific company here because I can’t predict what might happen with them in the future. For example, Tim Ferris praised Ask Sunday in The 4-Hour Work Week in 2007, but in 2011 they shut down completely for 2 months, didn’t respond to customers, and left a lot of paying clients in the dark.

You can find some reputable and well-reviewed VA companies at VirtualAssistantAssistant.com. After you do your homework, submit your job description and see if they have anyone to fit your needs. Again, I recommend contacting 2 or 3 different firms so you can compare the responses you get back.
