Cheesy Broccoli

Serves: 4-6

What you need:

2 12-oz packages frozen broccoli

2 10-oz cans cheddar cheese soup

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Salt and pepper, to taste

What to do:

Place all the ingredients in your crock pot and gently mix to combine well.

Cook on high for 2-3 hours.

Refried Beans

Serves: 4-6

What you need:

1 lb dry pinto beans

6 cups water

1 4-oz can green chilies

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp ground cumin

Salt and pepper, to taste
