Naan Veggie Pizza

This simple pizza can be customized to taste. Whole wheat naan is available in most stores and is recommended.

Ingredients:

4 medium pieces of vegan naan

1 cup marinara sauce

4 tbsp jalapenos, minced

1/4 cup black olives, sliced

1/4 cup corn

4 tsp olive oil

1 cup soy crumbles

1/2 cup dairy-free shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup chopped tomatoes

1 tbsp chopped red peppers

Directions:

Fast and simple! Spread olive oil on each piece of naan. Place a layer of defrosted soy crumbles, tomatoes, red peppers, jalapenos, corn and olives. Top with non-dairy mozzarella cheese and place in toaster oven for 25 minutes at 375°F.
