When ASC was looking for new customers around Europe, AE was following as a technical expert, they both jointly built and managed the new customers' relationships which help both of them to develop new customer relationships and networks. Moreover, AE also helped ASC to develop a customer relationship in Riga when it was developing a technical solution for that specific customer. This endeavor helped both alliance partners to extend and to strengthen their customer relationships and networks. AE helped ASC to develop contacts with various authorities, and AE managed those contacts. ASC also helped AE to enter its networks in Sweden and in the international market.
