The study of slugs is limacology. (The lima bean is not related, being named for the capital of Peru.) The study of cooking is magirology. The study of entrails is splanchnology, which sounds onomatopoeic but is not. The science of spirit-rapping (as in seances) is typtology. The science of joining (as in rivets, not in social clubs) is zygology.

There are many -logies that begin with P. The study of the origin of personal names is patronomatology. The science of counter-espionage is phylactology. The study of rivers is potamology. The scientific study of the face is prosopology. The study of the art of artillery is pyroballogy.

If none of these sciences interest you, you could begin your study of pantology, the systematic view of all branches of knowledge. Good luck!
