Prep Time : 10 minutes, Cook Time : 20 minutes, Serves : 2

Ingredients :

½ cup carrot, shredded

1 packet of Hakka noodles

½ capsicum, shredded

½ cabbage, shredded

1 Julian of green chili

½ onion, shredded

2 tablespoons of tandoori masala

1 teaspoon garlic-ginger paste

2 tablespoons of oil

1 teaspoon curd

¾ cup water

Salt, to taste

Instructions :

Cook your noodles as per the package directions. Drain well.

Whisk the garlic-ginger paste and tandoori masala into the curd.

Coat the noodles in the marinade for half an hour minimum.

Heat oil in your pan.

Stir-fry the cabbages, carrot, capsicum, green chili, and onion for 2 minutes over high heat.

Next, add your marinated noodles. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.

Divide between two plates before serving.
