INSTRUCTIONS

Warmth oil in a big sauté pan over average-high heat. place garlic and crushed red pepper flakes and sauté for one minute, mixing sometimes.

Add within the tomatoes and stir to mix with the garlic. Overlay the pan and keep to cook, stopping to stir the mix sometimes, till all of the tomatoes have burst and released their juices to form a sauce , approximately 6-8 mins. Keep to simmer the mix uncovered for some additional 3-4 mins, either till this reaches your desired consistency. (Note that the unfold can thicken a bit as this cools.)

Decrease warmth to low. place within the balsamic, plus any sweetener and/or herbs (supposing using), and stir till mixd. Taste and spice with salt and pepper, as needed.

Serve warm with your loved peely bread .
