Tuna Slice

Serves 6

• 1 small onion, peeled and quartered

• 100g cheddar cheese, cubed

• 100g Savoury biscuits

• 415g can tuna in brine, drained

• 3 eggs

• 1 cup (250g) milk

• 1 teaspoon lemon zest

Preheat oven 180°C. Place the onion, cheese and biscuits into the thermo bowl.

Scrape down the sides. Add remaining ingredients and season to taste.

Pour into a paper-lined 28 x 18cm baking tray and bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
