How to Make Crab Sushi

Who can resist a good homemade sushi? This one is made using simple ingredients. You can do this with shrimp too instead of crab. The cream cheese adds more creaminess and flavor to the sushi.

Ingredients

1 C uncooked white rice

2 C water

2 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tsp salt

2 sheets nori seaweed sheets

¼ cucumber, peeled and sliced lengthwise

2 pieces imitation crab legs

½ (3 ounce) package cream cheese, sliced

1 tsp minced fresh ginger root

Directions

In a pot, cook the rice with water for 30 minutes. Add salt and rice vinegar and combine. Let it cool down.
