Instructions:

1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees F and prepare the baking tray.

2. Add chicken into the bowl and mix olive oil, brown onion, garlic, apple cider vinegar, tomato sauce, brown sugar, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.

3. Spread it on the baking tray and let it bake for 10 minutes.

4. Now add zucchini and carrots to it and bake for another 10 minutes.

5. When ready, serve and enjoy!
