SHOULDER CIRCLES
Starting Position
Sit upright, with your shoulders above and on a line with your hips. Rise from your hips and open your chest. Your arms should be stretched near your body, but relaxed.
Movement
Roll your shoulders as far forward as you can. Try to relax your neck. Start making a circle by rolling your shoulders and lifting them as close to your ears as you can. Go on by rolling your shoulders as far back as possible and finish making a circle by taking them down. Relax your muscles gradually and do two more circles in the same direction. Do not do too many reps. Start the movement in the opposite direction and do three more circles.
