Evaluation is all sectors of life and work have a corollary. Many business, institutions and governments fail to evaluate and analyze failures. It sets them up for future failure as they blindly go forward.
Failure analysis doesn’t solve the problem it just reveals mistakes, false assumptions and factors effecting outcomes. It informs your plans to pivot and try again. It gives you a better chance to set up the game so that you can win.
Should we try again after we fail?

The reason that people don’t talk about or focus on failures is that some personal failures are very personal and private. It is somewhat of a dichotomy that some can be successful in one aspect of their lives but not in others or in more important aspects of their lives.

The radio host example: Local radio host Doug Wright vs Rush Limbaugh. Does Doug want that? But he does have success in that realm. So do you focus on the failure or the success and then working for the dream? Do you strive?

Failed Achievement Analysis:
The practice and method of looking at failure of humans to achieve their goals and aspiration. The analysis provides areas of correction and recalibration of future goals.
We spend a lot of time talking about goals and other positive stuff. We need to look clearly and our failures and measure of success. We then have opportunity to shift targets.
