INGREDIENTS:

4 Apples, Large In Size, Cored, Peeled and Chopped

10 Carrots, Large In Size, Fresh, Peeled and Chopped

1 Lemon, Juice Only

2 Oranges, Peeled and Cut Into Small Chunks

4 Peaches, Fresh and Pitted

DIRECTIONS:

Using a blender, add all of your ingredients into it.

Blend all of your ingredients together on the highest setting for a few minutes or until the drink is smooth in consistency.

Pour into drinking glasses topped with ice cubes. Serve immediately.
