Hot and Spicy Chicken Golden Sandwich

If you want to satisfy your taste buds with amazingly spicy delight, then make this sandwich. It will be delicious indeed.

Duration: 20 minutes

Portion Size: 8

List of Ingredients:

• 16 oz. chicken, boiled, small pieces

• ¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated

• 1 tbsp. celery, chopped

• ¼ tsp. garlic paste

• ¼ tsp. chili powder

• ¼ cup Frank’s sauce

• ¼ cup marinara

• 2 tbsp. brown sugar

• 2 tbsp. tomato ketchup

• 1 tbsp. vinegar

• ¼ tsp. salt

• 4 bread slices

• 2 tbsp. butter

• 1 tbsp. olive oil

Methods:

Heat oil in pan and fry garlic for 30 seconds.

Add chicken and stir fry until no longer pink or about 4-5 minutes on medium-high heat.

Add in salt and mix. Place aside to cool a little.

Mix frank’s sauce, celery, chili powder, vinegar, tomato ketchup, and brown sugar in a bowl.

Now add in fried chicken and stir well.

Spread 4-5 tbsp. of this mixture on two bread slices individually, sprinkle cheese on both slices of bread, and top with other bread slices.

Melt butter in a skillet and toast sandwiches for 3-4 minutes.

Flip the side carefully and cook from another side for 3-4 minutes.

Now cut each sandwich from the center and transfer it to the serving dish.

Serve and enjoy.
