Instructions:
Heat the oven to 350° F.
Saute the garlic and onion in olive oil in oven safe non-stick pan.
Add spinach and saute until wilted into non-stick pan with garlic and onion.
Mix fresh herbs (basil and ginger), ricotta cheese, and eggs in a bowl.
Pour the egg mixture from the bowl into the pan.
Put the pan with mixture into the oven for 10 minutes until the top sets completely.
Serve warm.
