Fung Tofu

Serves: 4

Time: 25 Minutes

Ingredients:

¼ Cup Soy Sauce

½ Cup Black Vinegar

1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil

2 Inches Ginger, Fresh, Peeled & Minced

¼ Cup Maple Syrup

3 Cloves Garlic, Minced

2 Blocks Tofu, Firm, Pressed & Sliced into 4 Slices

1 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds

Directions:

Mix your black vinegar, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and maple syrup in a bowl. Toss in the tofu to coat, and then put the slices on a baking sheet to marinate for an hour.

Heat your grill to medium-high heat and grill for three minutes per side. Garnish using sesame seeds.
