Mustard Potato Wedges

Mustard is the secret ingredient to this crisp golden fries. Serve with burgers, grilled meats or hotdog and enjoy.

Total Time: 1hour 5mins

Ingredients:

• 4 medium-size Yukon gold potatoes

• Nonstick cooking spray

• 6 whole shallots (peeled)

• 3 tbsp olive oil

• 2 tbsp mustard

• 1 tsp whole cumin seeds

• 1 tsp salt

Directions:

1. Preheat main oven to 425 degrees f.

2. Cut half of the potatoes and then again in half lengthwise to create 16 wedges.

3. Lightly spritz a roasting pan with nonstick cooking spray.

4. Toss the potato wedges with the shallots, oil, mustard, cumin seeds, and salt in a large-size bowl.

5. In a single layer, spread the potatoes in the pan, placing the potato wedges cut side facing downward.

6. Roast in the oven until golden and crisp for 15-20 minutes.

7. Using a metal spatula, flip the wedges over and roast for an additional 10-15 minutes until crisp and tender on the other side.

8. Serve and enjoy.
