MISCELLANEOUS MULTI- PHASE PROCESS ITEMS

There are other process items that can occur in several different development phases. These miscellaneous process items occur in conjunction with other process items to complement or supplement their force. All of the miscellaneous items discussed here often occur along with guidance items to reinforce the guidance, but do more than guidance processing. They provide growth stimulus both for inner-life growth and for ministerial growth for use with groups being led. The first two items, the literary and word items, are usually positive experiences. The last two, the crises and conflict process items, are related and are usually negative experiences, though positive lessons should be learned.
