Chapter-14

Seema laid on her bed at night, looking at the ceiling and thinking what a shitty situation she was in right now. An evil wizard’s spirit was after her, while she was obsessing over a demon. She turned to her left only to sit up in horror. A shadowy figure was standing in the dark, she was about to scream bloody murder when the figure came out from the shadows, huge wings behind his back, a tail sliding down the floor, curling horns protruding from his head.

"Dhruv?" Seema squeaked. His grey eyes shined in the dark like two orbs.

Dhruv looked taller than his usual self, his body taking up all the space in her room. There was something unusual about him apart from the fact that he was naked. Although Seema had seen him naked numerous times, today he was different. She couldn’t look away even if she wanted.

Did his lips look darker than usual?

Seema’s must have had her mouth open in admiration. Shadows danced around the ups and downs on the valleys of his rock hard abs. Seema felt her body quake with the intensity of his allure.

Wait a minute, what the fuck was he doing in her room?

"Cover up for god sake," Seema finally yelled, averting her gaze from him.

"I am sorry, I didn't mean to scare you. I didn't expect you to be awake." Dhruv said but Seema could hardly concentrate. His voice was deep caramel, sending shivers all over her body.

“Are you using your Incubus powers again?” Seema asked.

“I am sorry. The night makes it hard for me to control my instinct.” He walked towards her bed and sat beside her, hiding his parts with a spare bedsheet. The masculine aroma he usually carried was headier tonight.

"Seema?" Dhruv asked almost shyly.

Seema shook her head trying to clear the haze.

"What are you doing in my room?!" She asked, as if finally realizing he was not supposed to be here.

"I wanted to check up on you."

“What if someone saw you with…” Seema tried to find the appropriate word for the demonic body parts, “all this,” she said waving down at his body.

“I can take the risk if I can make sure you are safe. Also, I am learning to hide my true self from normal people.”

"O..okay." Seema said, eyeing his tail that moved a few inches from Seema's thighs.

"It’s like finally going through puberty," Dhruv chuckled at his own joke.

"I hope my aunt didn't see you."

"No, she didn't." His hand moved to her cheeks, caressing her softly. "You haven’t been sleeping, have you?"

All Seema wanted was to lean towards his touch. An insistent want to get closer to him, spread from her cheeks to her core. She couldn't help the moan that left her lips.

Dhruv removed his hand in a hurry, looking almost guilty. He looked away, biting his supple lips.

"I know the Incubus thing is affecting you. I should leave," he stood up.

He was about to turn away when Seema grabbed his wrist. "Wait."

“Don’t be indifferent to me in college?"

"I shouldn't be near you, Seema.
