Topical Pineapple Chicken

Prep Time: 5-8 min.

Cooking Time: 15 min.

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients :

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 cup pineapple chunks

2 tablespoons coconut aminos

2 pounds chicken thighs

½ cup full-fat coconut cream

Directions :

Place your Instant Pot over a dry kitchen platform. Open the top lid and plug it on.

Add the ingredients; gently stir to mix well.

Properly close the top lid; make sure that safety valve is properly locked.

Press “POULTRY” cooking function; set pressure level to “HIGH” and set cooking time to 15 minutes.

Allow the pressure to build to cook the ingredients.

After cooking time is over press “CANCEL” setting. Find and press “NPR” cooking function. This setting is for natural release of inside pressure and it takes around 10 minutes to slowly release pressure.

Slowly open the lid, take out the cooked recipe in serving containers. Serve warm.
