Three Days to Another World

I want to say that I admire your courage and to thank you for writing Communion, Transformation, and Breakthrough. I include Mrs. Strieber in this because I believe she is just as worthy to be recognized as Mr. Strieber because of the experiences you both are going through. I know that you get a lot of mail from people looking for the “all-knowing answers” that they think only you have. I don’t want to be one of those people. I would like to tell you briefly about my own experience with “the visitors.” I have only been taken by them for about three months, in fact, it happened the night after I finished your last book, Breakthrough. They come for me at least twice a month. I don’t know why they want me so much; I think that they need me to help another person deal with the takings. The other person is my best friend Tom. They’ve been taking him for twenty-eight years. He feels better now that there is someone who understands him and what he is going through. I feel kind of like Mrs. Strieber, who is your comfort through this. I am glad I can be helpful to Tom.

Last month, Tom and I were taken aboard the ship—it was a small ship, not like the one I was on before. We were told that there was work to be done and that we were needed to assist them. (By them, I mean the “grays.”) We were gone for three days.

On this ship, there was Tom, one half-breed, five grays, one blue, and myself. We went to a beautiful planet (I think it was another planet) that was very hot. It was hard to breathe. I remember seeing a flower and wanting to pick it up. They said not to because it could harm me. We were on what seemed to be a mesa. It was filled with vegetation, but no insects and no animals were present. Tom remembers picking a fruit off a nearby tree that resembled a pomegranate. The grays said we could eat the fruit; it wouldn’t hurt us. We were told to scatter the seeds of the fruit when we were done. I’m sorry that I don’t remember the task that we had to perform there, but I do remember being told that we (I mean all of us that were on the ship) did an excellent job. We went back to the ship and started for home. On the way home, I remember asking many questions.

The blue came to me and said: “Would you like me to answer your questions now?”

Of course I said yes. One of the grays took us to a terminal and the blue put his hand onto a control panel. I was then allowed to look up anything I wanted! I looked up different beings, planets, plants. It was excellent! Just before arriving home, the grays came to Tom and me and told us that we have achieved a “higher rank” because of the good job we did on the planet.
