White and Black Brownie Pops

These pops are perfect for a kid’s party. They are easy to make really inexpensive compared to store-bought versions.

Servings: 20

Total Time: 3hours

Ingredients:

1 (1 pound 3 ounce) box frosted brownie mix

1 (12 ounce) bag white candy melts

1 cup chocolate sprinkles

Special Equipment:

20 popsicle sticks

Directions:

1. Preheat the main oven to 350 degrees F. Set to one side. Using waxed paper, line a cookie sheet. Set to one side.

2. Prepare the brownie mix as directed on the package. Set aside to cool.

3. Crumble the cooled brownies into a bowl.

4. Add the frosting sachet from the box mix and mix thoroughly.

5. In tablespoonfuls, shape the mixture into ball-shapes, and arrange on a cookie sheet. Transfer to the freezer for half an hour.

6. Melt the candy melts as directed on the package.

7. Add the sprinkles to a bowl.

8. Remove6-7 balls from the freezer at a time.

9. Dip the tip of one popsicle stick into the melted candy and insert stick halfway into 1 ball.

10. Swirl each ball in the melted candy until evenly coated, tapping off any excess.

11. Roll in the sprinkles and set aside to set.

12. Enjoy.
