Rich and creamy, this chocolate butter is a tasty treat to spread over warm croissants or thick-cut toast.

Ingredients:

½ cup unsalted butter (at room temperature)

1 tbsp cocoa powder

½ cup semi-sweet choc chips (melted)

Pinch salt

Directions:

Using an electric mixer, beat the butter, cocoa powder, melted chocolate, and pinch of salt together for 60 seconds until smooth and silky.

Serve the butter at room temperature.
