Garlic-Glazed Shrimp is fried shrimp perfected. A simple garlic egg wash gives this classic a flavor boost, and air frying means no oily aftertaste. Serve it with Easy Cocktail Sauce (see here), or if you want something a little different, try it with Creamy Lime Dip (see here).

2 large eggs

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 teaspoon kosher salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 cups cornmeal

Olive oil cooking spray

In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Dredge each piece of shrimp in the flour, then dip it in the seasoned egg mixture, and then roll in the cornmeal until evenly coated.

Place the coated shrimp in the basket of the air fryer, leaving space around each one. Spray the shrimp on all sides with olive oil.

Air fry in batches at 440°F until crispy, about 10 minutes.
