The 17m SWR plot of Figure 63 is far lower than an SWR of 1.3/1 across the entire bandwidth and the good SWR is partially due to the fact that this is a very narrow band covering 17.88 MHz to a frequency of less than 18.2 MHz.

Since this antenna is mounted at a low height of 17′ feet, the 20m Far-field radiation lobe is at a relatively high angle of 89.5°, as shown in Figure 64 but nevertheless it has a good RF gain of 4.76dBi. Additionally the resonant Q-line losses amount to 0.22dB, even though part of this resonant line consists of a dual 75 Ohm balanced line.
