Fig. 8.8 ALTERNATE EXPLOSIVE LUNGE. As above but the step forward is more explosive, again ensuring that the hips are pushed forward before each lunge. With this more explosive version there is no need to drop down, the focus is on explosively stepping forward and then coming back.
